51 days until Commencement. I really can’t believe it…it’s gone by so fast!
We’re so happy to have Mohammad Yunus as our speaker for Senior Class Day at Vanderbilt this year. He started the Grameen Bank, which loans money to the poor in rural Bangladesh. The bank loans very small amounts to very poor people–and they have almost a 100% repayment rate. He’s a graduate of Vandy’s Graduate Program in Economic Development.
Things on the home front are good. Busy, but good.
